Performance Management Staffing Developing and upholding standards, coaching, and team coordination Oversight of Financial Planning Process Improvement Decision Making Strategic Planning Quality Management Standard Bearer for Core Values Job Responsibilities Assist in the launch of additional technical platforms Oversee day to day branch operations Full responsibility for P&L Maintain and build trusted relationships with vendors and partners Work autonomously while ensuring co-CEOs expectations are readily met Collaborate with The Leadership Team to continue to improve systems and processes Take full responsibility for well-being of The Leadership Team Host and lead meetings with The Leadership Team Lead by example Protect and uphold morale Job Qualifications Proven experience in a management role Strong leadership, communication, and personal skills Excellent time-management, prioritization, planning and organization skills Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards (Preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook Must be aligned with company core values Job Type:
