Required Qualifications/Experience High school diploma or equivalent Ability to multi-task Advanced customer service skills Strong data entry skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Professional phone etiquette Strong attention to detail Well organized and ability to work independently Advanced computer skills Problem solving skills Essential Duties Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations Compile reports from personnel databases Review and update HR information system records Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees Administer employee benefits, recognition, incentive programs Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner Assist with conflict resolution, disciplinary issues, and grievances Monitor employment practice to ensure legal compliance Providing support to special projects as assigned Assist with marketing campaigns Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate person Prepare letters, marketing pieces, and spreadsheets as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
