Position Details:
The Appointment Specialist is responsible for selling the company's products and services to potential new clients using telephone, text, email, and other digital mediums.
They influence clients to buy by following a prepared sales talk, product information and price quotations.
They are also responsible for accurate and efficient data entry.
Remote work opportunities.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Represent the company in a professional & ethical manner consistent with the company's integrity and values.
Inbound Sales:
Responding to inbound sales leads and closing sales leads Answer incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments and other inquiries.
Outbound Sales:
Responsible for making outbound communication with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process Outbound Sales:
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers Inform and educate customers of the products and services the company provides.
Achieve and maintain KPI's set by the company.
Track all leads & sales.
Accurate, dependable, and consistent data entry.
Maintain a working knowledge of all finance, rebate, reward, and promotional programs.
Participate in lead generating company events & trade shows.
Other duties as assigned.
Required
Qualifications:
No sales experience necessary! Must be confident and persuasive.
Great customer service skills.
Excellent objection handling skills.
Exceptional organizational and self-managing skills.
Strong aptitude for using technology (computers, software, and apps).
Recommended Skills Confident And Emotionally Stable Customer Service Data Entry Databases Ethics Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
