Ideal candidate will have
Experience:
managing crews, field installation experience.
Landscape hardscaping, planting, lawn installation, ordering, snow removal managing.
Spanish speaking a huge plus.
Role would be to oversee one maintenance crew and two installation crews.
Approx 12 individuals.
Tracking their time.
Taking sales estimates from the sales team, materials ordering, logistics planning, through execution of the work.
Quality control and site inspections performed during and post work performed.
Work Vehicle Provided.
